The staff were excellent and amicable and the location was good. Moreover, it was 2 km from Drake Circus Shopping Centre. The restaurant was NICE with delicious food and service.

The property was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. I truly enjoyed the triple room I booked online. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV set were excellent features. the hotel's location was unbeatable, being so close to Augsburg and the restaurant, right in the heart of the city.

The breakfast selection was nice and the coffee was strong and hot. the location of the accommodation was great as it was near some nice restaurants. the staff were very friendly towards us.

The room was uncomfortably hot. the lack of air conditioning made it hard for us to sleep properly at night, despite some fans being provided.
